The BR-SJR Safety Joint is a Rotational type Safety Joint which allows positive release of the tubing string in completions where retrieval problems are anticipated. It is used between packers in single, dual, and triple completions. It is also used when shear releasing is not desired. The safety joint is released with left- or right-hand rotation, depending on the model you require for your well conditions and tool manipulations for other equipment in your string.
