BR-RSB Packers are retrieved using the BR-RSB-RT Retrieving Tool. The BR-RSB Packer may be retrieved with a straight pull thanks to this retrieving tools, which connects into the top sub with a traditional anchor latch. Below the support ring, which holds the packer held in place, is a spring-loaded collet. Fingers on the latch snap into the packer. The packer is released and the support ring is sheared by a pull. This retrieving tool includes a safety release that enables it to be removed from the packer with a right-hand rotation in the event that the packer cannot be retrieved normally.
