ATLAS-IX Tubing Anchor

The ATLAS-IX Tubing Anchor is a double grip tubing anchor that is mechanically placed and made to withstand debris with great durability. This anchor lacks a sealing feature and has been shortened and simplified from the well-proven ASI-X Packer design. This anchor is appropriate for deep or shallow well treatment, testing, injection, pumping, and flow. Because this anchor has been derived from sturdy ASI-X Packer parts, repair is both rapid and affordable.

Depending on the well conditions and the intended use, the double slip design of the anchor permits it to be left in either tension or compression. Easy setting and releasing is made possible by the J-slot design layout of 1/4 turn right-hand set, right-hand release. This anchor may also be put in conjunction with other packers because of the range of available J-body combinations. Additionally, ATLAS-IX Tubing Anchor has an emergency shear release that is adjustable and straight pickup. When the release is used in this way, the anchor will reset and travel down the hole.
